Our meeting room’s in Canary Wharf are ideal for any type of business need, so you can impress your business clients with our best in class facilities. There are three rooms available for hire with the largest able to accommodate up to 50 people.

Whether it is on a Full day, Half day or Per-Hourly basis, a suitable environment is offered based on your requirements.

  • The use of our HP Laser Jet printers (black and white printer)
  • The use of our Laser Brother printers (colour printer)
  • Personalised catering services are available including continental breakfast, snacks, and hot or cold lunch
  • Regular refreshments are available including water, tea, coffee, and fruit juices

There are three different pricing structures available, your company status and event type will effect which rate applies to you. Please see below to find the accurate pricing structure for you. Please note, proof may be requested.

Please note evening or weekend bookings are subject to an additional £50 surcharge per day. There is a £50 surcharge for numbers of 25 people.

Additional Costs

Desktop Computer Hire: £5 per computer

Laptop Hire : £10 per laptop

Breakfast Buffet : £6.99 per person

Sandwich Buffet : £8.99 per person

Hot Food Buffet: £11.99 per person

Tea / Coffee: £15 per serving up to 15 delegates

Full Day unlimited tea/coffee £40 and biscuits on arrival up to 15 delegates.

All prices above exclude VAT.

Please note the minimum number for our Buffets is 8 people.
